Run-specific exports
Admins export submitted responses for one survey run at a time. Draft and test responses are excluded.
Methodology · v2.1
Survey responses are collected by run and exported for analysis. Analysis and editorial review happen outside the survey administration tools; responses do not publish automatically.
Respondents first answer a familiarity question. Familiarity is a separate reach or recognition measure and is never folded into the Uppraise Trust score. Only respondents meeting the configured familiarity threshold answer evaluative questions.
Outputs may include Uppraise Trust, spontaneous associations, perceived product or service quality, and employer reputation. Employer reputation measures public perception; it does not claim the respondent works for the organisation.

Sample size and suitability must be assessed during analysis before findings are published.
Nothing publishes automatically. Open-text associations require review before public use.
Editors are responsible for explaining findings and any corrections in published articles.
Managed customer and employee campaigns use audiences sourced or distributed through the organisation. Their published findings should explain source, fieldwork period, valid sample size, and methodology. “Trusted” means an Uppraise-controlled process with documented provenance—not automatic independent verification of every participant’s relationship or identity.
Public employer reputation and organisation-sourced employee satisfaction are not averaged together. Organisations cannot edit submitted answers or measured values.
